Red Wine - Brash Higgins, CINS 2022

$40.00

100% Cinsault from the McLaren Vale, South Australia.

Vinted from hand selected fruit and placed in an open 2 ton fermenter for 2 weeks. Wild yeast did their job and then it all was gently basket pressed and sent to veteran French hogsheads for 7 months. 2022 in the Vale is considered an ideal vintage with healthy yields and a long even season, resulting in balanced wines with finesse, brightness and deep flavours. This is the sixth vintage of CINSAULT made at the Brash Higgins winery.

Brad Hickey’s notes: Ruby in hue, the nose is black cherry starburst with notes of blood orange zest, ginger, nutmeg and white pepper. The palate is medium bodied, deep cherry/red fruit notes, well-balanced and vibrant and the finish is clean and refreshing; laden with interweaving cherry, ginger and white pepper notes.

Type: Wines
Notes: You must be over 18 years of age to order and pickup wine. Our licence number is LIQO660036430
Availability: Order & Collect
