Half Pinot and half Shiraz from a vineyard on Nanima Road, Murrumbateman, NSW. Destemmed and left as multiple separate ferments for a very lengthy 3-6 month maceration, then basket pressed to old 500 litre puncheons for a year of élevage.
Chock full of cranberry and fig and plum, it’s dark and moody and bright all at the same time with a lick of barrel character.
Just wine, no added anything!
