Retsini is a natural wine made in the style of Retsina, a traditional Greek wine fermented with pine resin. This specific vintage is crafted from Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) grapes, fermented with pine resin sourced from a small village in Greece. The winemakers, Tony Zafirakos and Maddie Park-Neilson, use an orange wine base, rather than a traditional white, and lighten the resin influence to create a saline freshness.
The wine is made with no additives and is carefully crafted by hand. Think fish and chips, summer salads and a salty white that is just perfect with food.
